Requirements

• Proven sourcing experience at high-growth technology companies, ideally with a focus on technical roles
• Strong understanding of enterprise software, SaaS, AI, infrastructure, developer tools or cloud markets
• Mastery of modern sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter and Juicebox, including Boolean and X-ray search
• Confidence running first-call qualifying screens and pitching to passive candidates
• Creative sourcing through communities, events, content, referrals and networks
• Concise, personalised outreach that gets replies
• Experience sourcing across multiple EMEA markets with local market understanding
• Data-driven approach using funnel metrics to improve pipeline quality
• Strong partnership skills to calibrate with recruiters and hiring managers
• High agency, high ownership and strong attention to detail
• Comfort operating in fast-changing, 0-to-1 environment
• Based in or willing to relocate to London and work from London office
