Requirements

• Experience building reliable, performant distributed systems
• Product instinct with shipped products real users depend on
• Comfort making progress on ambiguous problems with incomplete specs
• Track record of shipping quickly while maintaining high code quality
• Curiosity about LLMs, agents, and reliable AI systems in the real world
• Strong Python proficiency and owning large Python codebases in production
• Prior experience at a frontier AI lab, applied AI or developer tools company
• BS, MS or equivalent in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering or related field
