Requirements

• 2+ years in recruiting coordination, recruiting ops, or talent ops in a fast and technical environment
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail including time zones
• Proactive at fixing clunky processes without being asked
• Genuinely care about experience for candidates, hiring managers and interviewers
• Able to manage many moving priorities without losing composure
• Trusted to follow through reliably with no reminders needed
• Personable and enjoy working with diverse people
• Able to keep sensitive information confidential
• Based in London or ready to be, able to work in person 5 days per week
• Bonus: experience supporting a technical or research team
• Bonus: familiarity with Ashby ATS
