Requirements

• 12+ years operating experience with time inside an AI/ML organization in Chief of Staff, business operations or senior program-operations seat
• Experience partnering with teams shipping fast to high-stakes organizations and changing course with agility
• Hands-on understanding of how AI works, from model to product, data requirements and delivery motions
• Fluent in numbers including model performance metrics, data pipeline throughput and budget-to-impact
• Comfortable holding strategy and execution together, from planning with Chief AI Officer to unblocking deliverables
• Thrives in fast-paced ambiguous environments with curiosity, confidence and calm
