Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in contract management, preferably in fast-paced technology or AI company
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple contracts
• Excellent written and oral communication skills with ability to collaborate at all levels
• Comfortable in dynamic, fast-paced environment with evolving priorities
• Practical, business-oriented mindset balancing legal requirements with business needs
• Proficient with Ironclad, including workflows and templates
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and Google productivity tools
• Experience with NDAs, master service agreements, and procurement contracts
• Familiarity with AI industry contracts and technology agreements a plus
• Experience implementing or optimizing contract management processes a plus
• Proactive, solutions-focused with drive to improve operational efficiency
