Requirements

• 8+ years in customer success, account management, consulting or tech delivery
• 3-5 years working directly with French ministries or public institutions
• Experience leading AI/ML, cloud or enterprise software in regulated environments
• Deep understanding of French government procurement (Code des marchés publics)
• Active Confidentiel-Défense or higher security clearance
• Fluent French proficiency
• Knowledge of RGPD, ANSSI standards and France Cloud
