Requirements

• 8+ years in customer success, account management, consulting or technology delivery
• 3-5 years working directly with UAE enterprises in finance, healthcare, logistics or tech
• Proven track record managing complex strategic accounts with long cycles
• Experience leading AI/ML, cloud or enterprise software implementations in regulated environments
• Experience with customer success strategies, QBRs and executive engagement
• Deep understanding of UAE enterprise technology procurement and governance
• Fluent Arabic and English proficiency
• Strong knowledge of regional business culture and decision-making
• Understanding of UAE business environment and multinational operations
• Knowledge of UAE Labour Law, Saudi regulations and data protection
• Familiarity with Vision 2030, UAE Digital Transformation and Smart Dubai
