Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in business analysis, operations, revenue operations, sales operations, project coordination, or similar roles
• Experience working with CRM and business operations systems
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
• Comfortable working across multiple teams and managing processes with numerous stakeholders
• Strong skills in building automations and working with multiple AI tools
• Ability to identify inconsistencies, investigate root causes, and drive issues to resolution
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Process oriented with ability to convert nebulous ideas into actionable steps and systematize work
• Experience with data reporting, dashboards, or business intelligence tools is an asset
