Requirements

• 12-15 years in-house corporate communications, ideally in fast-paced high-growth tech or AI
• 5+ years of people management experience
• Adept in pre-IPO communications
• Experience in policy and regulatory communications
• Exceptional writer able to distill complex topics into compelling narratives
• Experience as trusted communications advisor to senior leaders and HR teams
• Highly organized, process-driven with strong project management and bias for action
• Creative storyteller thriving in ambiguous, fast-moving environments
