Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in software engineering
• 2+ years of experience managing software engineering teams
• Experience managing engineers in fast-paced, high-growth environment
• Hands-on experience building and deploying enterprise software at scale with focus on agentic applications
• High agency with doer mentality to solve problems and execute quickly
• Excellent communication skills in English for technical and business audiences
