Requirements

• Hands-on experience building and deploying production-grade software in Python
• Experience building and deploying RAG and agentic applications for multi-step tasks
• Familiarity with LLM stack including frontier models, vector databases and orchestration frameworks
• Ability to build robust evaluation frameworks for agent accuracy, safety and latency
• Experience working directly with customers and leading technical discussions with enterprise stakeholders
• Experience owning full scope of a use case end-to-end
• Thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with shifting priorities
• Active DV clearance highly preferred
• Ability to travel up to 20-40% for on-site customer work
