Requirements

• 7+ years in government, ministerial office, public policy, diplomacy, consulting, regulatory or corporate affairs
• Strong understanding of policymaking and public-sector landscape in UAE or Saudi Arabia
• Experience building trusted relationships with senior government officials
• Familiarity with AI policy, digital transformation, cloud, procurement or tech regulation
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English; Arabic highly desirable
• Strong analytical skills translating policy into business implications
• Collaborative mindset across international cross-functional teams
• Entrepreneurial self-starter with stakeholder management skills
• Passion for AI and responsible AI adoption
• Undergraduate degree in political science, IR, public policy, law, business, economics or equivalent
