Requirements

• Professional proficiency in English, and Japanese or Korean
• 5+ years of experience in help desk, internal IT support, or similar technical support role
• Strong experience supporting user accounts, password resets, MFA and SSO, specifically with Okta and Google Workspace
• Experience with MDM platforms such as JAMF for macOS and Microsoft Intune for Windows
• Basic understanding of networking fundamentals including TCP/IP, DNS, Wi-Fi and VPN
• Comfort supporting employees in Slack and Microsoft Office 365
• Strong written and spoken English with ability to explain technical issues clearly
• Patient, helpful, solutions-oriented approach with commitment to follow-through
