Requirements

• 7+ years of progressive accounting experience with prior leadership in fast-paced environments
• Strong technical accounting skills and deep understanding of GAAP including lease, equity, business combinations and foreign currency
• Direct experience owning month-end close processes using close management tools such as Numeric
• Expertise in purchase accounting including acquisitions, purchase price adjustments and reconciliations
• Experience leveraging AI tools to build and improve workflows for efficiency and accuracy
• Excellence in problem-solving and process improvement methodologies
• Proficiency with financial systems (NetSuite preferred)
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across departments
• Thrive in high-growth, dynamic environments with evolving priorities
• Experience building scalable accounting processes in technology companies
