Requirements

• Experience running a developer platform in production such as CI, image builds or dev environments
• Track record of making ML engineers or researchers faster without adding fragility
• Strong Linux and Kubernetes skills to debug production systems
• Software development experience in Python or Go
• Experience operating a GPU cluster is a plus
• Collaborative mindset working across teams with different goals
• Ability to find bottlenecks and drive fixes in a fast-moving environment
