Requirements

• Run a job platform, batch system, or Kubernetes controllers in production
• Experience with scheduling, queues and multi-tenant fairness
• Distributed systems judgment around retries, partial failure and automation trade-offs
• Worked on ML training workflows, RL sandboxes, container networking or checkpoint storage at scale
• Write software in Python or Go and prefer extending open-source over rebuilding
• Collaborated with researchers, ML engineers or teams with different goals
• Track record of finding bottlenecks and driving fixes in fast-moving environments
• Participate in compensated 24x7 on-call rotation
