Requirements

• 8+ years in partner development, channel sales or alliance management in tech, preferably AI or cloud, with enterprise ARR track record
• Deep understanding of enterprise market and key industry verticals
• Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills with track record driving partner success
• Ability to navigate complex regulatory and compliance landscapes including AI ethics and policy
• Working understanding of AI including LLMs, retrieval-augmented generation and agentic workflows
• Experience with major system integrators, global consultancies and hyperscalers including joint GTM and co-sell
• Excellent communication and presentation skills evangelizing vision to partners and stakeholders
• Results-driven growth mindset with bias for action thriving in startup-speed environment
