Requirements

• 12-15 years in-house corporate communications, ideally in high-growth tech or AI
• 5+ years of people management experience
• Experience hiring, onboarding and managing PR agencies
• Adept in pre-IPO communications
• Experience or strong interest in policy and regulatory communications
• Exceptional writer able to distill complex topics into compelling narratives
• Experience as trusted advisor to senior leaders and HR teams
• Highly organised, process-driven with strong project management and bias for action
• Based in Europe, ideally UK, Germany or France
