Requirements

• 1–4 years of experience in technology or management consulting, professional services, or an in-house technical delivery team
• Delivery discipline running RAID, action, and decision logs, refining user stories and maintaining project plans
• Client presence to lead working-level sessions and read the room
• Strong written communication with advanced PowerPoint, Word, and Excel skills
• Technical fluency discussing APIs, integrations, environments, testing, and releases with engineers
• Strong follow-through to close items and escalate appropriately
• Eligibility for a Government of Canada security clearance
• Based in the Ottawa area
• University degree in Business/Commerce, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering or similar preferred
• High degree of French language proficiency (nice-to-have)
