Ideal candidate

PhD researcher passionate about applied NLP and expanding LLM frontiers, eager to translate cutting-edge ideas into real products and communicate findings clearly.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a PhD in Machine Learning, NLP, AI or related discipline; exceptional non-PhD candidates considered
• Eligible for work authorization in country of employment throughout internship
• Experience with large-scale distributed training, data annotation and evaluation pipelines, or SOTA ML models
• Familiar with autoregressive sequence models such as Transformers
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of Python, C, C++, Lua or related languages
• Knowledge of ML frameworks such as JAX, PyTorch and TensorFlow
• Previous experience building systems with machine learning and deep learning
• Passion for applied NLP models and products
• Demonstrated expertise through publications in top-tier venues preferred
