Requirements

• 5+ years in sales enablement, sales training, revenue operations, or related GTM role (B2B SaaS/tech preferred)
• Experience supporting multi-region sales organizations with cultural/time zone awareness
• Proven ability to design and ship programs from scratch
• AI-fluent with track record of scaling enablement using AI tools
• Field-oriented approach—you thrive on direct deal reviews and coaching
• Mastery of enterprise sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDPICC, Command of the Message) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce)
• Clear communication across all levels (reps to leadership)
• Comfort with ambiguity and building in fast-paced environments
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
