Requirements

• Fluent in Swedish, Norwegian or Danish plus English
• 10+ years B2B enterprise sales with Global 2000, closing 7-figure deals
• Depth in 2+ priority sectors: financial services, telecom, energy/utilities, manufacturing, healthcare/life sciences
• Hunter mentality with own pipeline generation and territory building
• Proven high performance exceeding quotas
• Senior executive relationship building and C-suite presentation skills
• Experience with channel partners and systems integrators
• Experience selling complex technical and private/on-premise deployments, AI/NLP preferred
• Familiarity with European data residency, sovereignty and regulatory requirements
• High tolerance for ambiguity and creative deal structuring
