Requirements

• 15+ years in Solutions Architecture, Solutions Engineering, Technical Consulting or Enterprise Architecture, including 7+ years leading customer-facing technical teams
• Proven record hiring, coaching and developing high-performing SA teams and building or transforming an organization
• Executive presence with CEOs, CIOs, CAIOs, CISOs and business leaders across business case and architecture
• Hands-on player-coach credibility able to pressure-test architectures and lead design conversations
• Commercial acumen partnering with enterprise Sales, influencing strategic deals and articulating business value
• Experience leading complex enterprise engagements with business cases and implementation plans
• Strong understanding of modern AI architectures including LLMs, agentic systems, retrieval, integrations, cloud, hybrid and on-prem, security and governance
• Experience designing and delivering solutions in complex, regulated or large-scale environments
• Record of cross-functional influence with Product and Engineering leadership
