Requirements

• 15+ years in Solutions Architecture, Solutions Engineering, Technical Consulting or Enterprise Architecture, including 7+ years leading customer-facing technical teams
• Built or run a technical organization across more than one Asia Pacific market with senior executive network
• Proven record hiring, coaching and developing high-performing in-region Solutions Architecture teams
• Hands-on credibility putting real AI systems into production and pressure-testing architectures
• Commercial acumen partnering with Sales to influence strategic deals and articulate business value
• Executive presence credible with CEOs, CIOs, CAIOs and CISOs across business and technical audiences
• Strong understanding of modern AI architectures including LLMs, agentic systems, retrieval and integrations
• Experience designing enterprise solutions in complex, regulated, large-scale environments
