Requirements

• Hire and grow a team of data and infrastructure engineers and raise team performance
• Own Data Foundation roadmap including warehouse buildout, agentic analytics and governance
• Own data platform end-to-end: ingestion, Airflow and Cloud Run orchestration, BigQuery and dbt modeling, Looker and API serving, Terraform as code
• Define data governance: VPC service controls, IAM patterns, audit logs and legal holds
• Operate for reliability: alerting, anomaly detection, freshness SLAs, incident response and postmortems
