Requirements

• Strong backend fundamentals in distributed systems, databases, networking, OS and security
• Experience building production systems in Go, Python, Java, C++, Rust or similar
• Write clean, maintainable, well-tested code with thoughtful tradeoff decisions
• Designed and operated production systems at significant scale for availability and performance
• Can take ambiguous high-impact problems to reliable production systems
• Strong systems-design instincts across concurrency, caching, queues and failure domains
• Deep understanding of auth, identity, cryptography, secrets and tenant isolation
