Requirements

• 6+ years as customer-facing Technical or Engineering Program Manager in AI/ML consulting, transformation or enterprise software delivery
• Experience working with government, defence or heavily regulated customers
• Proven track record managing complex multi-stakeholder programs with stringent compliance requirements
• Excellent executive communication and stakeholder management
• Strong understanding of enterprise deployment architectures: cloud, on-premises, hybrid, air-gapped
• Working knowledge of modern AI: LLMs, agentic systems, RAG, fine-tuning and evals
• Deep understanding of government procurement, evaluation and deployment of technology
• Eligible to obtain UK government security clearance, Top Secret preferred
