Requirements

• 10+ years of public sector sales and leadership experience driving revenue growth
• Established network across federal agencies, prime contractors and industry associations
• Proven track record leading capture and consultative solution sales with understanding of procurement and budget cycles
• Exceptional communication and leadership skills with ability to influence cross-functionally
• Comfortable operating in a matrix environment without need for large direct organization
• Self-starter with entrepreneurial builder mindset
• Experience in AI or related industry highly desirable
• Based in North America with willingness to travel 25-40%
