Requirements

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development and/or administration, ideally supporting a GTM, Sales, or RevOps organization
• Strong working knowledge of core Salesforce capabilities including Sales Cloud, Flow automation, validation rules, permission sets, reports and dashboards
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally and build strong relationships with business and technical partners
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience
