Requirements

• 8+ years of progressive experience in compensation with ownership of executive and non-executive programs
• Deep expertise in market benchmarking and survey participation
• Proven experience designing and running merit, bonus and equity programs at scale
• Excellent presentation and communication skills translating data into recommendations
• Ability to build credibility and influence with senior leaders and executives
• Strong analytical skills and advanced Excel/Google Sheets; Workday experience
• Sound judgment handling sensitive and confidential compensation data
