Requirements

• JD degree and active membership in at least one U.S. state bar
• 5+ years of combined legal experience in-house and/or at a law firm focused on commercial technology transactions
• Experience supporting fast-paced enterprise sales organizations and negotiating complex customer agreements including SaaS, IaaS, cloud services and software licensing
• Experience negotiating data processing agreements and identifying privacy and data protection issues
• Ability to independently manage complex commercial contract negotiations with sound judgment on escalation and risk
• Demonstrated ability to provide practical business-oriented legal advice in a fast-paced environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to influence stakeholders and build trusted relationships
