Detail-oriented legal operator with 4+ years in incentives or SALT who thrives translating complex rules into practical processes and partnering across finance and operations to protect value in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience with credits and incentives, tax, economic development, or state and local tax (SALT)
• J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school and active admission in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
• Ability to manage complex, multi-jurisdictional requirements with strong attention to detail
• Excellent organizational and project management skills
• Ability to synthesize legal requirements into operational processes
• Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple stakeholders
• Proficiency in Excel and experience with large datasets preferred
