Requirements

• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Admitted to practice law with active bar membership in at least one US state
• At least 4 years of IP practice experience with meaningful trademark and/or commercial IP experience
• Strong working knowledge of US trademark law and general knowledge of patent and copyright law
• Experience drafting and negotiating commercial, marketing, events or brand-related agreements
• Ability to manage high volume of matters and prioritize across stakeholders
• Organized and process-minded with experience tracking deadlines
• Excellent written, oral and interpersonal skills
