Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in MEP commissioning, preferably in data centers or critical facilities
• Comprehensive understanding of data center infrastructure including BMS, EPMS and complex MEP systems
• Familiarity with local building codes and frameworks including NEC, NFPA, IEEE and ASHRAE
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and commissioning software or digital platforms
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects while meeting strict deadlines
• Self-directed professional with track record driving complex processes to completion
• Ability to build effective relationships with contractors, clients and internal teams
• Direct experience coordinating, commissioning or assuring quality of electrical and low-voltage equipment
• Valid driver's license with insurable motor vehicle record
• Willingness to travel up to 50% and respond to emergencies outside business hours
• Currently authorized to work in the United States
