Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in MEP commissioning, ideally within data centers or critical facilities
• Understanding of data center systems, BMS/EPMS, and MEP building systems
• Experience with electrical and low-voltage equipment coordination, and with commissioning or quality assurance
• Familiarity with relevant design and local codes, as well as industry standards (NEC, NFPA, IEEE, ASHRAE)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
• Strong work ethic, self-motivation, and assertiveness to keep processes on schedule
• Ability to maintain relationships with contractors, clients, and internal departments
• Willingness to travel 50% and respond to after-hours communications in emergencies
• Valid driver's license with no significant MVA points or violations
• Work authorization that does not require company sponsorship now or in the future
