Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in data center operations with at least 2+ years in leadership or supervisory role
• In-depth knowledge of data center infrastructure including servers, networking equipment and cooling systems
• Strong troubleshooting skills to quickly diagnose and resolve technical issues
• Experience with data center management tools and software
• Excellent time management, organization, communication and interpersonal skills with ability to lead a team
• Proficiency with the Linux Operating System
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in elevated locations
• Flexibility to work in 24/7 operational environment with on-call rotations and after-hours support
• Quick decision-making ability and adeptness at task prioritization
