Requirements

• 5+ years of program/project management experience in complex technical environments
• Direct experience within data center, infrastructure, or hyperscale operations
• Proven experience managing multiple, simultaneous, cross-functional programs
• Experience providing executive-level program status, risk, and performance updates
• Fluency in project management tools such as Asana or Jira
• Experience establishing processes and driving execution in high-growth environments
• Experience building and improving program governance and reporting frameworks
