Requirements

• Hands-on experience or coursework in computer hardware assembly, installation and troubleshooting
• Familiarity with Linux operating systems and fundamental networking concepts
• Ability to follow procedures, prioritize tasks, troubleshoot and escalate when needed
• Strong organizational and communication skills with collaborative mindset
• Willingness to learn new systems and build technical skills
• Ability to move and position equipment up to 50 lbs and work in confined spaces, under-floor areas and on ladders
• Live within 60 minutes of site for on-call response
• Participate in rotating on-call schedule
• Ability to travel up to 15% to other data center locations
