Requirements

• Computer hardware troubleshooting and assembly experience
• Linux operating system experience
• Ability to lift and position equipment up to 50 lbs
• Ability to remain stationary for extended periods for diagnostics and repairs
• Ability to maneuver in cramped or elevated spaces to access server racks
• Ability to perform fine motor tasks with small components and cables
• Availability for flexible schedule in 24/7 environment with rotating on-call
• Ability to respond on-site within 60 minutes while on scheduled on-call
• Ability to travel up to 10% to other data center locations
• Ability to work in hot and cold aisles from 60°F to 90°F
• Strong time management, organizational and communication skills
• Data center or computer networking experience preferred
• Scripting experience with Python, Bash or similar preferred
• Experience with Cisco IOS and/or Juniper JunOS preferred
• Associate's degree or equivalent experience in IT-related field preferred
