Requirements

• Hands-on experience or coursework in computer hardware assembly and installation
• Familiarity with Linux operating systems and fundamental networking concepts
• Ability to troubleshoot hardware and network issues and follow established procedures
• Strong communication, organization, and teamwork with high reliability standards
• Willingness to learn new systems and take on responsibilities matching experience
• Able to move equipment up to 50 lbs and access confined spaces, under-floor areas, and ladders
• Live within 60 minutes of site and participate in rotating on-call schedule
• Able to travel up to 15% to other data center locations
