Requirements

• Hands-on experience or coursework in computer hardware assembly and troubleshooting
• Familiarity with Linux operating systems and fundamental networking concepts
• Ability to follow procedures, prioritize tasks and escalate when needed
• Strong organizational and communication skills with collaborative mindset
• Willingness to learn new systems and take on matching responsibilities
• Able to move equipment up to 50 lbs and access confined spaces and ladders
• Live within 60 minutes of site for on-call response
• Able to travel up to 15% to other data center locations
• Participate in rotating on-call schedule
