Requirements

• Hands-on experience or coursework in computer hardware assembly, installation and troubleshooting
• Familiarity with Linux operating systems and fundamental networking concepts
• Ability to follow procedures, prioritize tasks and escalate issues when needed
• Strong organizational and communication skills with collaborative mindset
• Willingness to learn new systems and grow technical skills
• Ability to move equipment up to 50 lbs and access confined spaces, under-floor areas and ladders
• Live within 60 minutes of site for on-call response
• Availability for rotating on-call schedule and up to 15% travel
