Requirements

• Hands-on experience or coursework in computer hardware assembly, installation and troubleshooting
• Familiarity with Linux operating systems and fundamental networking concepts
• Ability to follow procedures, prioritize tasks and escalate when needed
• Strong organizational and communication skills with collaborative mindset
• Ability to move equipment up to 50 lbs and work in confined spaces
• Must live within 60 minutes of site for on-call response
• Available for rotating on-call schedule and up to 15% travel
