Experienced owner's-side project manager who thrives owning complex pre-construction execution and uniting cross-functional teams to de-risk and deliver mission-critical data center sites.

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant project or program management experience in data center, mission-critical, or large-scale capital development, preferably on the owner's side
• Demonstrated ownership of significant pre-construction workstreams, including integrated schedule management and budget tracking for land acquisition, site development, or construction readiness
