Requirements

• 5+ years leading a customer-facing technical organization, including 2+ years managing managers or team leads
• 12+ years total experience with hands-on infrastructure, platform, SRE, or solutions engineering foundation
• Track record scaling a post-sales or field technical function through growth in revenue, customers, or geography
• Technical depth to lead architecture reviews across Kubernetes, Helm, containerization, networking, storage, and cloud services
• Production experience with Infrastructure as Code, preferably Terraform, and IaC standards across a team
• Proficiency across multiple cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)
