Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in electric utilities, energy infrastructure, grid planning, or large-scale power procurement
• Deep understanding of utility operations, transmission and distribution systems, and large-load interconnection processes
• Proven experience building and managing senior-level utility relationships
• Strong commercial instincts and experience negotiating complex, infrastructure-heavy agreements
• Ability to operate effectively in a fast-moving, high-growth environment with execution pressure
• Experience supporting data centers, hyperscalers, or other energy-intensive infrastructure
• Familiarity with ISO/RTO markets and U.S. utility regulatory structures
• Experience across multiple utility territories and market types (IOU, co-op, muni)
• Comfort navigating ambiguity and creating structure where none exists
