Requirements

• Significant HR Business Partner experience, including building and leading a team of HRBPs or People Partners
• Proven partnership in an operations, data center, manufacturing, logistics, retail, or field environment
• Experience partnering a mixed hourly and salaried workforce at scale
• Track record of scaling or standing up people support across new geographies, sites, or facilities
• Depth in org design, workforce planning, talent calibration, leveling, and job architecture, grounded in data
