Requirements

• 3+ years of experience providing administrative support
• Can prioritize effectively and manage multiple assignments at once
• Light project management and event-planning experience
• Make sound decisions independently with limited context and know when to push back
• Strong business judgment, attention to detail and ability to act with urgency
• Experience supporting leaders in fast-paced, high-growth or technical environments
• Highly organized, motivated and effective with minimal supervision across time zones
• Willing to travel ~60% including between New York and New Jersey offices
• Available outside business hours including evenings and weekends for urgent needs
• Comfortable with Google Suite, Slack and Zoom
