A hands-on player-coach who has led customer-facing infrastructure teams and thrives on complex production escalations. You love mentoring architects, building scalable deployment systems, and turning field lessons into better products.

Requirements

• 3+ years managing a customer-facing technical team with hiring and performance-management responsibility (5+ years for Senior Manager)
• 7+ years hands-on infrastructure, platform, or SRE experience (10+ for Senior Manager)
• Track record diagnosing and resolving production infrastructure issues in customer-owned environments
• Hands-on expertise with Docker, Kubernetes and Helm charts, networking fundamentals, and cloud-managed services
• Production experience with Infrastructure as Code, preferably Terraform
• Proficiency with at least one cloud platform (AWS, GCP, Azure); working knowledge of more than one is a plus
• Strong Linux/Unix command line experience
• Working proficiency in Python and familiarity with ML workflows or tooling
