Requirements

• 7+ years of progressive accounting experience with focus on lease or technical accounting
• Deep working knowledge of ASC 842 applied to complex contract structures
• Experience managing or mentoring accounting professionals
• CPA required or actively pursuing CPA licensure
• Proven ability to identify embedded leases in data center or colocation agreements
• Strong analytical and communication skills presenting to senior leaders and auditors
• Proficiency with ERP and lease accounting software such as CoStar and NetSuite
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
